AsiaPharm posts 10m yuan Q1 profit

NEWLY listed pharmaceutical manufacturer and supplier AsiaPharm Group yesterday said proforma net profit for the first quarter ended March 31, 2004, more than doubled year on year to 10 million yuan (S$2 million) from 3.7 million yuan.

Revenue rose 36 per cent to 58.8 million yuan.
