Asiapharm's gains soar 69% to $14M

CHINA-BASED pharmaceutical company AsiaPharm Group has reported a full-year net profit jump of 69 per cent to 71.8 million yuan (S$14.4 million) on buoyant sales and higher margins.

The mainboard-listed group said revenue for the year ended Dec 31 grew by nearly one-third, to 315.4 million yuan.
