SGX-mainboard listed Sincere Watch Limited is one of Singapore's oldest and most established retailers of brand-name luxury watches. From a chain of just four boutiques during its pre-listing days, the Group has grown rapidly and today, it operates 36 outlets with a distribution network spanning 12 countries - Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, The Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and India.

Sincere Watch adopted a strategic marketing approach in the mid 90s and has successfully helped brands like Franck Muller, de GRISOGONO, A. Lange & Söhne, and F.P. Journe maximize their potential. Today, Sincere Watch’s business model is founded on four key pillars – brand management, fine watch retailing, travel watch retailing and lifestyle watch retailing. The Group now carries a portfolio of over 40 internationally acclaimed brands and enjoys exclusive agency rights for 15 brands.

Sincere Watch was listed on SGX-SESDAQ in 1993 and was upgraded to the mainboard of SGX on 1st February 2005. Its subsidiary, Sincere Watch (Hong Kong) Limited was listed on the Mainboard of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in October 2005.

Sincere is the only homegrown watch specialist with public listings on the mainboard of two of Asia’s largest and most vibrant stock exchanges.
