Thakral Corporation Ltd ("Thakral"), listed on the mainboard of the SGX since December 1995,
is a specialist in Supply Chain Management, Marketing and Brand Building. The Group is also involved in Electronic Manufacturing Services, ranging from contract manufacturing all the way to turnkey projects, as well as in creating state-of-the-art technology products. The Group also makes strategic property investments.

Thakral's extensive brand portfolio includes global consumer electronic brands such as Panasonic, Apple, Orion, Sharp, Creative, Casio and Canon. Some of the major products that Thakral markets under these brand names include digital video cameras, digital still cameras, plasma TVs, electronic accessories and audio products including MP3/MP4 players.

In addition to being an established long-term partner of these global brand names, Thakral has also successfully created and marketed trendy consumer products under its own brand name - "YES", which has a range of audio players and accessories, LCD TVs and memory cards.

The People's Republic of China ("PRC") and Hong Kong are the Group's two key markets. The Group has established its headquarters in Shanghai, PRC. The Group intends to grow its presence in India and other fast-growing markets where demand for consumer electronics is increasing at a rapid pace.
