THAKRAL sank into the red with a net loss of $28.1 million for the second quarter ended Sept 30, compared with a net profit of $4.1 million a year ago.
Its half-year net loss was $25.9 million, compared to net income of $9.3 million previously. Revenues fell 11 per cent to $231.9 million, as sales slowed as a result of hot competition in China.
